ENGINEER-APPROVED PLANS
Level One Designs does not produce Engineered plans rather we work with a structural and mechanical Engineer. If you choose for Level One Designs to facilitate Engineering we will send your completed plans to the Engineer. Typically an engineer takes 2-3 months or more, but the benefit of using Level One Designs to facilitate is our relationship with the Engineer allows Level One Designs to get preferential status and get your plans completed quickly.
The Structural Engineer provides foundation plans, framing plans, engineered details for permitting.
The MEP Engineer provides all mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans. This is typically not necessary for a single family home rather commercial or muti-family.
If you choose to use another Engineer, we will be happy to send over your plans to that Engineer.
